NotSteve is not Steve, nor is he Steven. He is NotSteve (or !Steve), known to some as KevinBergemann.

Meanwhile, KevinOelze is known as Steve, or !NotSteve, because the lounge decreed that there could only be one Kevin. And since KevinOelze is a SillyFrosh, he was redubbed Steve.

NotSteve has a 12" sandwich. It does not fit in his pocket, and nobody at East can get it in his/her mouth all at once.
