A fun and interesting guy when dealing with any number of things--logic, computability, music--but a raging tool when considering anything having to do with Clinic. Avoid CS Clinic at all costs if you have interest in anything other than mind-numbing amounts of software engineering.

• If you want a more balanced opinion than from someone who was burned by Clinic, Keller is a very competent clinic manager, even if he does seem to assume that no one paid attention in LSD (maybe a valid point in his). Note that this doesn't mean that he'll do whatever you want him to, since there's a lot of economic and political concerns behind Clinic that he doesn't have much control over. And it is possible for CS Clinic to be fun, even if it doesn't work out for some. Besides, you probably need it to graduate if you even still care about this paragraph.

• Incidentally, word on the street is that JointMajors? on Math Clinic do more mindless coding than JointMajors? on CS Clinic. And my personal experience suggests that RobertKeller is a really good clinic adviser; he was able to provide useful advice without demanding a near-infinite number of paper re-writes. --SkyeBerghel

In Spring 2010, when some students expressed confusion over the JAPE assignment, RobertKeller put together an example problem and solution in 18 slides detailing how to do every click and what every part of the proof was. In about 30 minutes. At 3 am.
