TeslaProject

A neat project funded by the federal government (ostensibly, at least) designed to 'explore our ionosphere'. In reality, a massive electromagnetic finger with which the feds (and their TrueMaster) can exert their/its will upon the masses. The tesla project can make rivers flow uphill, disrupt migratory patterns on global scales, and directly control human emotions. (The SuperBowl?? yeah, that's the TeslaProject at work).

Or so the conspiracy theorists would have you believe.
