Introduction
As you may have inferred by now, Delta Green is a highly de-centralized organization drawing its ranks from the cream of the crop in U.S. agencies nationwide. However, there are several points you should all know before you begin to delve into your 2nd career and investigations. They are noted below, take good note and learn the lessons that the former members of your cells failed to learn. It cannot be proven or quantified, but it is assumed that the irregular mix of agencies in these cells contributed to their early deaths.
Federal Bureau of Investigation
Without a doubt, the F.B.I. possesses the highest representation within the ranks of Delta Green. With sweeping federal jurisdiction and the nation's largest bank of forensic tools and specialists, it is no surprise the F.B.I. is the back bone of Delta Green. There is little investigation that goes on in this country that cannot be legitimately assisted or done by the F.B.I. For this reason, almost every cell without exception has at least one F.B.I. agent. In addition, F.B.I. agents are regularly given training in self defense and firearms well above par of local agencies, further contributing to their reliability and durability.

The threats faced by your fellow members have only one aspect in common, and that is they are like no threat known to man. The corruption that is seen in the humans who deal with these threats is not only of the mental or moral kind, but also of the physical and biological kind. It is for this reason, that Delta Green relies on a large contingent of biologists, chemists and forensic specialists to provide the necessary information quickly and accurately so that our teams may deal with the threat. Without this information, defeat is inevitable.

All throughout the history of the United States of America, our nation has relied upon the bravery and courage of those who go above and beyond the high expectations of those who serve in the armed forces. These brave men and women have without exception always come through in the defense of our nation, and this war is of no exception. All to often, when all the information possible has been gathered, and all the chips are down, it is these men and women who have to deal with the situation and render it safe or our decontamination & evidence disposal teams to work. Delta Green has a long historical intimacy with the armed forces, and it has often used both officers (for the men under their command as well as evidence disposal & suppression powers) and enlisted men (for their sheer physical prowess in dealing with dangerous and lethal situations) in many situations.

Last but most certainly not least, these agencies have contributed a great deal to our early threat detection and warning. Without these devoted personnel, Delta Green would almost be certainly blind. Primarily devoted to intelligence gathering and detection of anything amiss, these agencies are perfect for Delta Green's work of finding supernatural threats to our nation and directing attention to other agents who are capable of dealing with it. Every cell is highly recommended to have at least one, who can easily receive word from other cells or agencies about current threats.
