Quick Overview
This is nothing more than a reminder. Your failure to operate as briefly stated below will easily spell the destruction of Delta Green by the hands of our enemies, much less the good intentioned but misguided U.S. Government. Majestic-12 has recently assassinated Major General Reginald Fairfield within his farm, and it is feared they are willing to kill any other agents likewise caught.
Cells & Codenames
There are 26 active cells of agents within Delta Green. They are labeled from A-Z. Each cell contains 3 active agents only. No friendlies are allowed in a cell. The cell's alphabetical proximity to A designates its rank. Therefore, cell A is the chief command of Delta Green, while cell Z has no authority whatsoever. Within any cell, there is a cell leader. This leader will know the codenames of the leaders of the cell above and below him or her. Therefore, if Agent Frank is the leader of Cell F, he will know Agents Eric and Agent Gary, who are the leaders of Cells E and G respectively. Each agent within a cell will have a codename, which starts with the letter of the cell. Hence, Agent Gary is in Cell G (this is not his real name). Under no circumstances are you to learn or attempt to learn the real names of anyone outside your cell. This is to prevent possible compromising of other cells should you or any of your cell members be captured and interrogated. We realize that there are methods of making even the most sturdy of men talk.
Mission
Your objectives are as follows: You are to find out as much as you can about any given situation and determine if it falls under Delta Green jurisdiction (i.e. supernatural involvement). If this is true, you are authorized to destroy and sanitize the area in order to contain and eliminate the threat. Pull in whatever agents and equipment you need. Request backup, and go up the chain of command of you need more than your own cell. Any kind of evidence such as books or artifacts are to be captured or destroyed if this is impossible.
Final Warning
This has happened before and it will happen again. If your cell is compromised, the entire cell with be quarantined. You will be universally shut off from Delta Green. Your continued existence is a threat to the remaining cells. No agent or friendly will assist or communicate to you. Until you receive notice from Cell A, you are untouchable. Expect no help or assistance. You are on your own if this happens. Keep an eye on what's happening, and on each other. Good luck.
