About this Assignment
This assignment is divided into two chunks, which we're calling “Episode 1” and “Episode 2”. In this first chunk of the assignment, you'll just give us a bit of information so we can start setting things up.
This assignment is the only one that is done individually, and not as a pair.
After this assignment, you will always have a partner to work with.
In fact, you’ll be submitting the name of your first partner (or asking to be assigned one) in this assignment!
Grading
Completing this part of the assignment is worth 7 points.
Resources
In this course, we use Piazza as a forum where students can ask questions. It's usually a good idea to have it open in another tab or window so that you can check to see if other students have asked questions about the homework, or to ask questions of your own.

Remember that Gradescope allows you to go back and amend your homework submissions, so if you're not sure yet whether you want to find a partner yourself or have one assigned to you, you can wait to answer the last part while you work on the next episode of the assignment.
