[Home]TakeFive

Difference (from prior minor revision) (no other diffs)

* I feel compelled to point out that 3/4 and 6/8 are, while not quite as common, still reasonably common time signatures for music in many genres. (DaveBrubeck's music is frequently not those, either. Take Five, of course, being named that because it's in 5/4 time.)

A bigass hamburger with five patties, sold at SleazyBurger. Most people eat the DoubleTake?. This thing is a lot bigger.

Goes well with a large BoysenberryShake.

Also, the best-known jazz song by DaveBrubeck (yes, distantly related to MattBrubeck). <--- For real? Yeah, no joke. --Matt That's pretty cool... The only person I'm distantly related to is Diana Ross... um... the only KNOWN people, that is :-> --Pava.

And DaveBrubeck is best known for his freaky Not Four-Four Time music. That's right. NOT four-four time. (Great for adding challenge to VibRibbon?)
