We want to be respectful of your time. Our goal is to make each lesson about as much material as we would cover in a 75 minute class. We know that in this asynchronous mode the actual time it takes will differ from person to person and may fluctuate based on your circumstances. Still, we want to get an overall sense of how much time lessons are taking up so we can calibrate as we go.

Was this… the last CS 70 lesson??
Yep, that was the last one!
Oh! I was nervous about starting CS 70 but now I'm kind of nervous about it ending.
Meh. I'm feeling pretty done with it.
Yeah, this feels like a good place to stop, but I had a good time!
I learned so much! But I'm feeling pretty tired. I need a rest.
I'm ready for MORE! I'm taking eight classes next semester!
Whoa. That's a lot.
Yeah… you know yourself best, but make sure you leave room for MORE rest, reflection, and fun in between your classes!
Even coffee can only take you so far…
Well, I can't wait for my next CS course! Hopefully I'll learn to build the robot butler I've always dreamed of!
That is an unlikely scenario, canine creature. You cannot always sleep-hallucinate about artificial servants.
Beep Boop.
Feebleglorp, I think he meant— I mean—
Dog, I guess it is unlikely but….
Oh, never mind; you'll work it out. Love ya, fam.
Hooroo, mates! See ya 'round like a rissole!
Yarr. 'Tis time fer me to shove off as well, maties.
Remember: Coffee is your friend! Maybe your only real friend. Sorry, that went dark.
Rawr!
I think that means, “It'll be okay, kid.”
It's been a pleasure hanging out with you! Thanks for a great semester!
And of course, please reach out if we can be helpful while you are studying for the final tries.
Keep in mind that having a trustworthy partner and helper can lead to most satisfactory results.
Aw, thanks, Sherlock! Let's never stop demystifying mysterious mysteries!
Indeed, Watson. Now, we must go… the game is afoot once more!
And don't be afraid to go down the rabbit hole sometimes; there's cool stuff down here!
And don't forget…
…this is part of our heritage?
Ha ha. No, that's just a joke that the CS 70 profs made up. But the real Bjarne would say…
- “The most important single aspect of software development is to be clear about what you are trying to build.”
- “If you keep your good ideas to yourself, they are useless…. Only by articulating your ideas … do they become a contribution.”
- “The first solution that's good enough is rarely the best solution.”
- “Test early and often.”
- “Don't be (too) clever.”
Think about becoming a CS 70 grutor!
